Common Patient Questions

Who qualifies for a medical marijuana card in Florida?

Florida residents with qualifying conditions such as chronic pain, PTSD, cancer, epilepsy, anxiety, and other serious health issues may be eligible. Our physicians will review your medical history and determine if you qualify.

Is the evaluation really free?

Yes! When you attend one of our events, the physician evaluation is provided at no cost to you. You are only responsible for the state registration fee once approved.

This does not include the state fee processing of $77.75. This is paid directly to the state of Florida after seeing our Doctor for your free visit. We will walk you through how to pay this state fee.

What do I need to bring to my appointment?

Bring a valid Florida ID or proof of residency (such as a utility bill) and any medical records that support your qualifying condition. If you don’t have records, our team can help guide you.

How long does the approval process take?

We guarantee same day approval for all Florida residence after approval from

our physicians. You will leave your visit with a proof of your patient ID so you can start

shopping at any dispensary of your choice. After that, the Florida Department of Health typically takes 5-10 business days to mail you a hard copy of your patient ID.

Do I have to pay anything to the state?

Yes. All patients must pay a $77.75 state registration fee directly to the Florida Department of Health to activate their medical marijuana card.
