Receive intake form via email
After booking, you’ll get an email with a short intake form. Fill it out before your appointment to save time and help our team better understand your needs.
Attend at scheduled time
Arrive at your chosen event location on time. Our friendly staff will check you in, answer any questions, and make sure you’re comfortable before your evaluation.
See certified physician
Meet privately with a state-certified medical marijuana doctor who will review your health history and determine your eligibility. If you qualify, your recommendation is issued the same day.
Pay state fee & visit dispensaries
After approval, you’ll pay the required state registration fee directly to the Florida Department of Health. Once your card is active, you’re ready to visit licensed dispensaries and start your treatment.
